Where has the time gone?  December was such a busy month and the New Year rang in lots of unexpected happenings around here that I've hardly had time (or energy) to post.  Again, the posts will come rolling in, as I sneak in some time on the computer as Ella naps in the other room.  "Naps in the other room."  Just being able to type that brings me so much joy.  Since she was a newborn, Ella has been a 24/7 cuddler and insists on napping in our arms.  Just recently, I've been trying to buckle down and get her to nap on her own, wary of how much shorter those naps are and how it will affect her sleep at night.  More on all this in another on-topic post.  Just checking in again to say yes, we are all still here!
